::I went to another store of three the manege was not at all nice, I went to this store they were very friendly, the attendant Roberto a love of person was very well attended,I would highly recommend it, if you go if you are in the three wood green looking for Roberto he speaks English Spanish and Italian

::I was amazed by how arrogant and aggressive the assistant manager was. I've got faulty information on my account in their website saying that I'm not eligible for an upgrade, even though my contract ended. The assistant manager aggressively told me it's my own fault I didn't rang all the bells possible to do their job of taking care of their customer. Plus I'm still getting charged the same monthly price £40 for my device even though I already payed of my contract. All the assistant manager told is that it's normal, I should stop complaining, while other staff members said I could get a refund for a faulty charge. To sum up - once you put your signature there you're not human to them anymore, and they won't give two s**ts about your service problems.

::I've been always happy with Three. Until today. The battery in my contract phone became swollen and pushed the display out and the phone is pretty much not working. Was told they cant help. Gave them another chance and asked for sim card for data. They said to order it online.
