  Extremely high level of service above and beyond all expectations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I would not go anywhere else for my tiles on service or a price basis. Thank you Margret and Sue of Tile Giant, Bedminster.

  staff at Bedminster are absolutely amazing, always helpful and this latest time went above and beyond with their 5 star customer service. we purchased tiles and paid for a white glove delivery service9(Delivered to room of your choice) by city sprint couriers. the most miserable and rude driver turned up and refused to carry them upstairs where we wanted them. When we contacted the store they were straight onto the couriers who phoned us with the health and safety card. we only have a hand rail on one side of the stairs. I had to get my son to carry them upstairs for me. The next morning the Tile Giant staff on shift phoned me and aware of my mobility issues said that they would come up to my home and move the tiles for me. Athe next day the other shift phoned and offered me the same service. Tile Giant these staff are amazing. I don't know anywhere else where I would get this service. Thank you very much highly recommended store

  Appauling... The only member of staff at the store asked us very sarcastically if we knew the difference between a stone and a glass! when we asked her to explain about stone and glass mosaics.She went on to describe that glass is the one used in windows! Just because I am not white doesn't mean I am an imbeccile. Although we really liked the tiles we saw we didn't place the order because of the experience we had.
