  I visited this Tim Hortons establishment on 16 Working St, Cardiff CF10 1GN on the 7th of February 2018, and was very dissatisfied with my ordeal. Despite service being fairly quick, which was nice, I was disappointing to find that my food did not like up to the expectations portrayed by the menu. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Panini, after finding out there was no ham, meaning I could not have my original order of a Ham and Cheese Panini. When I received my order, which I had alongside some Potato Wedges and a large Latte, I was palled to find cheap cheese squares instead of proper cheese. It was badly melted between two slices of bread, and the chesses around the outside was solid, whereas the cheese at the center of the panini was still only partially melted, or not even melted at all. I was very annoyed by this, but tried it anyway , and it tasted even worse than it looked. Considering this company is so highly raved about , I was expecting much more in terms of their food quality. If you eat here , avoid anything with cheese.

  Thank goodness Tim's has finally come to the UK in style. Exactly what is to be expected. Coffee needs to be a little stronger for the Britush palette but overall top class. Beautifully laid out and well staffed. I love the stronger colours and look forward to see how it settles in over the montgs ahead.

  This was my second visit to Tim Hortons and fair play had a really good experience good service, reasonable prices and tried the mini donuts which are bloody amazing. Be sure to try out the mini donuts. Highly recommended.

  Great coffee, great doughnuts, very reasonable prices and a nice interior and atmosphere inside as well. Overall, a great Tim Hortons just like in Canada :)

  Big fan of Tim Horton but in Canada while after the two shops opened in Cardiff I tried them both and I was very disappointed , slow service , half the menu is missing, this not in stoke this machine is broken , no chilli soap , the steak sandwich is completely transformed to bread with a smell of steak in it , the big downer is the cost , it's against all what made Tim Horton successful , it's too expensive 30 pounds for two sandwiches drinks and daugnats , workeres should know the menu before taking orders, when I asked for a carrier bag , the worker said almost in sanical way ( we dont have them, we have to get them from Canada! ) I had to go to boots to buy bags for my takeaway !! not going there again
