Extremely poor service..member of staff was rude and abrupt and didn't really care about the job. Won't be going there again!

We visited Leeds for the day from Newcastle and decided to have my battery changed in my watch. The gentleman that dealt with us, was called Mark. He recommended that we took out the guarantee also. He was so helpful and very friendly. I would normally go to a jewelers to have it changed but the service from Mark was so good I wouldn't hesitate to revisit a branch again.
