  Got my leather riding boots back and they did a fabulous job treating them and restructuring the heels. Amazing service and really convenient.

  Gave them my shoes to affix toe taps. Poor workmanship overall. The taps are not affixed to the very edge, the screws not properly set, and the metal not formed to the curve of the sole.

  Recently handed my Tag watch in to have the battery replaced, pressure tested and strap fixed. All done within a few hours and battery now has lifetime guarantee. Couldn't ask for more - thanks Mark!

  I walked in the other day with a pair of boots that needed their heels changed. The previous cobbler that had worked on them had done a very poor job, the heels fell off after wearing them maybe just once or twice. Mark in Timpsons was SO nice and offered to do the job for free (!!!) I'm picking them up tomorrow. I'm truly pleased with the quality of the service, that's the kind of customer service that really stands out. Top notch.
