  Avoid,avoid,avoid!!!!!! They broke my Michael Kors watch there on Friday and tried to cover it. Shame on you!!! It’s my first bad review ever. Don’t go there!!!

  Very bad customer service and poor management of time. Went three times to try to fix my backpack and it is still to get fixed... Update: the backpack didn't get fixed after I went for the fourth time. And I didn't get refunded for the money I paid, after the first time they fixed it wrong. A shame that I can't give zero stars...

  I got my boots reheeled here and they provided a quick service of high quality at a good price. I turned up at 5:30pm when they had just closed and they were nice enough to open up and give me the boots back.
