  Very friendly staff good breakfast of local delicacy of North staffs oatcakes. Room really clean and well supplied

  Small bar worked very well, fundraising event was successful. Car parking is ok. Not a huge though.

  Disappointed, my medium steak was cremated, no bread with my prawn cocktail, no spaghetti available for the bolognese, ice in my orange juice after I said no ice, WiFi was off more than it was on, the first night it was not working at all after 7pm. Room was comfortable and clean, excellent tea & coffee. So just the unreliable WiFi and hit and miss restaurant to take into consideration before booking...

  This place is amazing. It has everything in one place and the food is delicious especially the stew. I have been here a few times and every time has been great. The staff are friendly and there is always a smile smiling back at mine. Thanks Steve

  Nice hotel, comfortable accommodation. Easy access by road. Two levels, ask for lower level if you can't manage stairs. Good prices. Overall better than your average "big" hotel chains.
