  Depends on the hairdresser you get I went for the third priced stylist at 50 odd pounds for a wash cut n blow dry restyle I took a photo in with me to get the style I wanted.it was nothing like the style I wanted and was the worst haircut I've actually had,will never go back.

  I have difficult hair to maintain and style. Visited Toni & Guy Inverness, for an appointment with Emma. I wasn't sure I was happy with the result, but after a couple of weeks I appreciate my hair is cut well, is easy to style and I love it!

  Excellent friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and made my daughter and myself feel comfortable. Helpful tips on cuts/styles to suit. We both left very happy with our hair styles and plan to return. A massive Thank you to Emma (style director). Two very happy customers 😃

  Very poor. I have been to Toni and Guy a few times over the last 5 years as I have had a couple of very good cuts from one of the senior stylists, which is why I persevered! But generally I think this is an overpriced and overrated hair dresser. I have had a few cuts from 'mid price' stylists, but they were so tentative that you could hardly tell my hair had been cut at all. Most of the times that I have visited they seemed to be understaffed and rushing to get folk out of the door as people built up in the waiting room. The last time I went was a senior stylist, but she was clearly very distracted and upset and probably shouldn't have been at work at all, it was a really horrible experience for both of us. I complained to the head office and whilst they were apologetic I received no apology or explanation from the Inverness branch.

  I phoned and asked for an appointment to get my hair stripped of my old home dye and then get a lighter brown base with blonde highlights and then an all over trim. When i got there I was told that i couldn't get a trim as they were too busy, I never got my hair stripped I got highlights but didn't get a choice of colour they just did my roots with a brown dye, I still didn't get a choice of colour!! I got a very quick trim on my fringe. And I'm definitely not happy with my highlights, you can hardly see them! I was told i would get a reduction in the cost of my " HAIRDO" it still cost me £90 for a hairdo i am unhappy with. If they are so busy why take so many bookings?
