  Best hairdressers I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot!) wouldn't go anywhere else.

  phoned the day of my hair cut (with alex) to double check times and the lady said 3:45, quarter to 4.. turn up and my appointment was at 2:45 and they can't fit me in cause i missed it.. then the lady had the cheek to tell me that i spoke to alex himself on the phone.. no i spoke to a woman who gave me the wrong time now you're blaming me.. awfully run, I read similar reviews but chose to look past them but i agree, it is unprofessional especially under the toni and guy name.

  Received good service. Had a full scalp bleach. The result looks great.

  Consistently excellent service from highly skilled stylists and assistants, in a welcoming and professional salon. Nicola is a very knowledgeable and approachable colourist, who saved my hair after a disastrous colour at my previous regular salon. Sophie is an exceptionally talented young stylist who I have now met a couple of times and will continue to return to. The salon has a very positive energy about it and is also very clean throughout. Very impressed. Will continue to return for all my hairdressing requirements.

  Best haircut of my life due to Sophie at Toni & Guy in Southampton! I went in to Toni & Guy for the first time with my longish hair as I was sick of having the same haircut I've had for ages. I was a bit nervous but when I sat down with Sophie and explained generally what I wanted she suggested some things and made me feel very confident she had listened to what I was asking for and that she was going to do a good job. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new hair cut (just above my shoulders) and will absolutely go back for all of my future hair cuts with her. The whole shop was very friendly and I was offered drinks several times. It was a lovely atmosphere, much different to my usual cheapie cut from down the road. Very highly recommended, thank you Sophie!
