  Very bad wait time was waiting over 10 minutes! 2nd time was worse all staff at the back laughing and joking making a load of noise i look at the guy behind me and we were both shocked in there behaviour toolstation as a company are good I wouldn’t say there better then screw fix but I do use them from time to time but this store isn’t a good branch.

  Shocking wait time, I was in line for about 20 minutes with one person on the till serving the most useless builder ever. The other staff members didn't care that there were around 4 people waiting in line for ages. I left, went to Screwfix opposite, was in and out in under 5 minutes.

  Ok so also shop here quite regular, friendly staff getting to know a few. A free coffee whilst you find the bits you forgot to put on the list, always help kick start the day after drive in. Clean basic shopping environment catalogue based ordering
