  Terrible experience with this company, this store and their website. BE VERY CAREFUL if they tell you they will make the order online for you if they don't have the shoe you want in stock. I ordered this way after being sold this service, they ordered the wrong size shoe, and the web manager refuses to replace or refund. When I proved his initial reason wrong he ignored me and then when I wrote again he found a different excuse. AVOID THIS COMPANY and SHOP. I consider them scam merchants.

  Had pair of Crocs bought as a Birthday present, wrong size, took them into Truro store and the young lady could not have been more helpful. She rang round other stores until she located a correct size pair, and Two days later delivered by Parcel Force. Well done young lady and thank you.

  Poor customer service - wanted refund on unused sale item but was refused as they would only offer credit note or exchange. Attendant knew that i was unsure about the purchase but the refund policy wasnt explained at point of sale. When complaining I was told that the refund policy was on the receipt - how could I have seen this before I bought the item?? Complaining to head office!
