  Closed early today, made me late for paying my council tax. Meant too close at 3 but decided half 2 was good enough and couldn’t even be bothered to come to the door to give an explanation. Poor.

  Staff were really nice and helpful but the bank's policies are awful and not friendly at all for students

  Lovely staff, Great management always willing to help, everyone is always smiling and will go out of their way to make customers happy a true local bank :) the branch is bright and airy, full of technology and easy ways to bank

  Great bank! Have some good offers and customer service here is typically pretty good. I liked banking here a lot. They also loan you an umbrella if it's raining, which is good to know!
