  Went in the other day to ask about an holiday I have seen on a Tui website, been treated like I can’t afford it and the lady looked more interested in her nails than anything else, it’s a never from me.

  Booked an holiday in October and payed high season price, to find out the hotel in Paphos was clearing out during the holiday, refurbishment not pre warned, broken furnitures all over the place, not enough parasol or sunbeds, no entertainment, dust all over the place, and my daughter suffers of severe allergies, not good enough, to be fair on the restaurant they took good care of her but that’s about it for food allergies. Came back and this shop told me to complain online, we did and after a month nothing, so went back in this shop and they said give us an email and letter and we will forward it, just went back today after 3 months from original complain and guess what, the lady tells me there is no record of original complain, so I get fed up at this point and calmly say, just leave it, I will never book again with you guys, stinky attitude to say the least, and their response was ‘Just get out’ , stay well away from this place, maybe book online, but not here, rudeness at its best.

  well what can I say. From the Manageress down, these girls go above and beyond, to make sure every little query is dealt with in the most professional and speedy way. Within seconds of my initial phone call, which may I say was handled brilliantly by Bernice, my queries had been sorted and an outing we were planning had been expertly dealt with. Can highly recommend to everyone wanting a speedy, polite, efficient experience. Use the best and you will get the best

  Sue the Manager is brilliant she knows everything about holidays and is very helpful. need to know anything ask Sue.

  Only went to collect brochure, but received a warm friendly welcome from the staff.
