::I went in here to get some Euros. I mentioned the rates at Thomas Cook and the American tourist place near Waterstoes (can never remember its name). The girl sais she will match it so i waited.... and waited.... and waited. Eventually after 20 minutes of (i will be right with you) i just had to leave and head to the American place. Whats happened to sincere customer service in Town?!

::Booked a holiday with Thomson, Long Row, Nottingham over the phone and paid the deposit. A week later and after calling them I still haven't received confirmation of the holiday or a receipt for the payment. Shocking service from a "trusted" travel agent.
