  Very helpful and professional. Can sometimes be very busy so may have to wait to be seen but the manager does greet you and talk to you when this happens

  Since booking my holiday in branch I have been lied to at least 4 times by staff and manager and when asking manager for email to complain about him and staff he refused my request and even made up that he spoke to my partner on the phone which is a complete lie as I am the lead passenger so he can only communicate through me . If you are booking with Thomson please do online as this store ruins your experience

  just booked a holiday on 31/8/2016 with Beth and she has been fantastic from the start, included the kids in every thing as well and got the to comfirm the booking at the end on the computer, have also made some phone calls to them and the staff i have talked to has been very helpful. 1st class service to date
