  For this bunch of crooks there needs to be a -10 rating. They steal your money, take payments twice and lie to you about being able to do the job. They are criminals. Scammers. Tell everyone not to use these immoral evil fraudsters. I have reported them to citizens consumer services/trading standards. But I think they should be reported to the Police too.

  Horrible company, very unprofessional. I booked a van for 20:00 on a Sunday. I was last contacted by the Driver to tell me they had assigned my job to a different Driver who will get in touch with me. I was left standing in the rain for 3 hours and with all my stuff in the street as the newly assigned Driver didn’t show up for the job. So sorry I didn’t read the reviews first. I went through a comparison site and Van Plus seemed to have the best rates. I wonder why...Now I’m trying to contact them and receive my money back but no one is answering my calls.

  I booked a 12pm slot and they called me twice before the day of moving to confirm that they will be no later than 1pm. As I chose self loading three of my friends took time out of their day to help. The van was FIVE hours late. Even though my job only took half an hour, on my receipt the time submitted was 6 hours and a half! I was charged an extra £150. Absolutely shocking service. Wouldn't even give it one star. Avoid.

  It was fine, it's basically Uber for van hire. I booked without reading the reviews and when I did read them I was a bit worried. I phoned my assigned driver 2 days before the job and again on the day of the job to make sure he was coming. We ended up getting everything done in just under two hours, so no extra charges or fees.

  FRAUD AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I booked this company to give me one van and a man. On the day of the move, I got a call an hour after they were due to arrive to advise me that the person they had lined up didn't want the job and just left me sitting there! Then to add insult to injury, they charged me £25!!!! I called for a refund and was supposed to have a call back which did not come. In the end, I contacted my bank who confirmed these monies were taken Fraudulently and they would get involved if my money was not returned. I advised them of this and yes, the money was returned on the same day... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!!!
