  My chain broke they didnt have a new one but sold me a link to repair it. They wanted me to buy a link extractor instead of offering to remove the link for me. I little jesture like that would have kept me coming back

  My back wheel locked and shifted on my way to work, carried it to the nearest bike shop which happened to ne this one, the lovely man looked at it and instantly knew what to do, said he'd be 10 minutes with it and I was on my way again in time for work. Amazing service!

  As others have said, they don't really care. I paid best part of £100 getting bike repaired. It failed a few weeks later with same problem. They weren't interested in fixing their own work, so I took it elsewhere. Different place fixed the problem and showed me the 'replacement' part they said they had put on. It was old and rusty, I'm fairly sure they have never replaced it, even though had paid parts and labour. There's lots of other better places to take the bike to, so avoid and go somewhere where they love bikes.

  Perfect bike shop with good quality products and services at extremely reasonable prices! From undergoing a new revamp, the shop thrives with enthusiastic staff and I can guarantee the service and products will not disappoint. The staff are lovely and take care of my bike and accessories to go with. I trust them completely and wouldn't go anywhere else as I know the service I will receive would not be comparable to any other shop within the Brighton and hove region! They are extremely convenient to get to and accessible from all around the area. I highly recommend to all of you bike enthusiasts!:)
