Left my bike with them for two months to have one part fitted and have just collected it in the same condition I left it in. They never once got in touch - and they rarely answer the phone - and they repeatedly broke promises over getting back to me when I visited in person. I know hey had the part for at least week (after two months of waiting), yet they made excuses of not having enough time to look at it when I called back. I had to hire a bike twice because of not having mine. Very unimpressed. There are so many decent bike shops in Edinburgh - avoid this one!!

Avoid this place. I left my bicycle to repair one issue (btw this issue wasn't fixed properly! ) and guy was trying to find more problems with my bike. Never again.

Left my bike there for a repair and all they did was find problems that weren't there and tell me I should buy new parts from them. I seriously think they didn't even touch the bike and charged me the price of a repair

This is the worst experience I have EVER had. We agreed on the price and after almost two months they still didn't have the bike ready when they said it was going to be 2days work. NOBODY is ever in the shop to answer the phone so you have to physically come here. They don't have ANY receipts of any of the parts they were "waiting for". Without my permission they bloated the price over £100 of the agreed price. Make yourself a favour and stay away from here.

2 years ago I took my bike in to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix. Instead they went ahead and did the complete service without notifying me of how much it would cost. They apologised and took £20 off the £200. I wasn't happy and they offered for me to pay for parts only. I said it was my right to have them put the bike back the way it was. When I went to collect the bike both tyres were not fully inflated, I couldn't use the gears and I wasn't able to ride it home. I was Furious. Would you do this to a car?
