  Went in to book a fault with my van, Thay repaired the fault the next day. Not to much work down time. Thanks Les & Lee. . Plus the engineer.

  Couldn't agree more re the sales talk! Their business manager is the biggest pillock my wife and I have had the misfortune to have contact with! His 10 minute speel about nothing made us walk away and put a £45 thousand pound order in for a VW Tiguan 240bhp with Merthyr Tydfil ( Rob Noone ) who couldn't be more opposite to this joke of a company if he tried! Now sat on our drive, I laugh at VW Hereford who haven't changed since their days when they were vw / audi on the same site! Your loss ... yet again!!!!
