  The club is alright but don't be fooled about all the Techogym equipment been connected to the internet to monitor your progress. It is just a sales technique.

  Friendly staff, good changing rooms, plenty of equipment. A nice change from other gyms in the area because it's cleaner with a more relaxing environment and no kids.

  Pretty quiet on weekends when I go - love the views from the cardio room at the very top! Classes are popular and book up fairly fast but you often get accepted last minute of on the waiting list.

  Got locked into a 12 month contract in November. I still haven't had an induction, I had to ask for a card as no one bothered giving me one. I only signed up for classes and since January they over subscribed so badly that I have not been able to get into any classes even when I try and book them a week in advance. Bitterly regretting signing up as I am paying for absolutely NOTHING. Save yourself money down the drain and join a more serious gym that actually cares about their members.

  Best gym I’ve been at. Very friendly staff and great instructors. I mainly go for the classes which are fun and motivating and the instructors really do care about getting the best out of you. I agree with some reviewers regarding the cleanliness (it isn’t bad but for the price you pay it could be slightly better) and the class booking structure. The class booking structure is easy and great via the app (best out of any other gyms I’ve visited) but often the class says full but I’ve learnt to show up anyway as people don’t turn up, this isn’t Virgins fault and especially not this particular gym. I couldn’t think of going to any other gym whilst living here and I travel a 15-20 minute car journey just to do one class that’s how much I enjoy it. I feel extremely valued personally as a member and if any problems happen they are very flexible and put everything right. A personal recommendation to Shiraz who always goes above and beyond at helping resolve any issues regarding membership.
