  NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT OVER THE PHONE. The sales person this company has got are total LIARS. I was told that i would be given a contract for £22 with much better broadband if i left sky and joined them for better. And seeing how sweet that guy talked i left sky and joined virgin media. NOW THEY ARE SCAMMING £27 off me every month and say there is no written contract so we can't do anything and i said i never received a contract stating the price to begin with and all he says is we sent it that is enough even if you haven't received. These people are total liars while Sky gave me a MUCH MUCH BETTER service. It was my first time joining virgin media and this is how they misbehave and ill treat you saying leave if you want to but pay contract fee. PATHETIC SERVICE. Would never recommend it to anyone.

  legit customer. rubbish company which has the WORST customer service i have ever seen. Over charging me over and over again keep changing my contract WITHOUT my consent.

  Banged our heads against a brick wall for a whole week and a day with Virgin call centre customer service, never told the same thing twice and was cut off when asking to speak to a manager. Had to make a 10 mile trip into the Bull Ring Store, which also meant £5.50 for parking for less than 15 minutes. So a lot of inconvenience and expense caused by incompetent staf and service. However the store staff were amazing really helpful and attentive and problem solved by Stephen in less than 10 minutes, he was welcoming, professional and human. This has restored my faith in Virgin and (Villa Fans)lol Will only deal with a store in future!! Virgin really need to take my experience on board and rethink their customer service provision.
