  This is the most shocking experience I've had with a car show room.. Walked in mid week and looked round for at least half an hour. We sat in the cars we wanted and moved seats about, not one acknowledgement. We walked in with an intention to buy.....sorry ford your loss.. Discussed!.

  I never write negative reviews as a rule...but had my first service with them after 10 years at ford tregonings with no problems, they put a defective tyre on my car, I had to get the car to them with great difficulty, I lost a whole day of paid work, they took two hours to work out they could only put a temporary tyre on for the night, I came back the next day early as they said they would quickly swap the tyre over...took over two hours, my only day off work wasted....they don't seem very efficient, not an overly happy customer

  I arrived this morning to look at the ecosport with a view to buying while the finance offer is on. ( It ends this month). I looked around with my husband, opened doors to look inside, read any literature on view for around 15 minutes. In that time several staff walked past, looked at us and ignored us. There were 3-4 people at at the service desk tapping on computers. No one acknowledged we were there. We left.

  Just bought a new van and a car from vospers Truro. If you want Ford its Awsome and the customer service is top notch. We were having a good wonder around the forecourt and as soon as we found what we looking for it was simple. Straight in, paper work is all done for you to make it an easy simple process. Thanks again.

  Had my Ford serviced here twice now, very friendly and helpful staff. Was offered a courtesy car but didn't need it. Staff sent through a video of all the checks they'd done which I thought was a nice touch. Obviously more expensive than an independent mechanic but I don't mind paying a bit more for good service.
