  Why on earth did they allow this monstrosity of a carbuncle to be built on the edge of Worcester? It seriously clogs up the London Road bound traffic at commuter hours, due to the traffic lights that had to be installed. There can be a mile queue on red at these lights, while green in the direction of Waitrose car park, with no cars coming out. It’s a multi million profit outfit, they need to put a roundabout in with some of the colossal profits this new branch is making them. On the food front it remains 1*. Went in the prices are eye watering. Meat 🥩 is all from Ashfield Farm, same place ALDI get it from. Only difference is fancy packaging and it’s double the price. As for the cost of a sandwich I nearly choked. Straight back to Aldi to put a smile on this shoppers face

  Lots of product, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have a large supermarket in the Victoria area.

  Forgot my waitrose card and still gave me a cup. Absolute top friendly service. Deserving of a 1%er

  This is a good store which is well managed and stocked for its size. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. As a resident in the area, I was quite disappointed when initial plans for a larger store with a butcher and bakery were not realised and that the massive space next door was filled with yet another Pret. I think there are at least 6 within a half mile of this one. With all the people living around Victoria, we need a proper grocery store in the area. This is not likely the fault of Waitrose but rather Land Securities who have managed the development of the area.

  My favourite place to shop. This branch has great selection of food and offer a sitting area where you can chill before or after shopping with a free coffee (available to Waitrose members). The supermarket also has a sandwich and sushi bar.
