  The best Waitrose in London, a huge one with good selection of pastry, breads and drinks. Renovated, modern with coffee shop, sushi bar and sitting area. Staff is really kind and helpful.

  Nice place, but when I go to these very large stores I expect to find a wider selection of products, however after the renovation, i went in and found 2 of my regular buys not available in store but online only!! This defeats the purpose as I can tell from myself in store i spend a minimum of 20% more than when online! And this is driving people online and away from stores. New cafe is great! and Staff are always helpful and cheerful! i went to Selfridges for the special Horseradish!

  Love the new shop ! It’s so pretty, it’s like going to the whole food store without the expensive price ! What we like the most is the communal tables, it’s such a great idea, people can hang out, read the news, feed babies or just relaxing ! It’s a great idea for elderly people too, it has a nice feeling and you feel at home ! The meat counter is so cool and fresh sushi is a great idea ! Didn’t try yet the wine bar but will do very soon ! Love the Essential Waitrose, it’s top quality and very good price ! Well done Waitrose ! You did something amazing x

  Since refurb it's gone downhill. the fine wine selection has become non existent and took away the popular chicken counter. Fine for a quick convenience but now have to go elsewhere for big shops. Shame

  I like this Waitrose store. It has a good selection and most of the staff are keen to help.The layout has never quite made sense to me. Some corners of the store are a little cramped and it can be hard to navigate at busier times. That said, they are undertaking a major refurbishment and the plans look good. I'll keep you posted. UPDATE: They have refurbished the store adding a cafe seating area, sushi bar and wine bar. It looks fantastic and the layout makes a lot more sense.
