  Excellent staff! Wish paid car parking hassle was not there but one can get it refunded at Waitrose for purchases over £10

  Service very slow - only one person serving on the quick till for baskets. Went to another tlll and the lady serving was even slower - running conversation with her friend. It's alright being chatty when there are no customers waiting

  Tonbridge Waitrose is a lovely store BUT the aircon is so cold its very unpleasant u just dont want to spend time there.If visiting make sure u take a coat or fleece to put on before going shopping. We always used to have a coffee but it is so uncomfortable to will not be doing that. Glennys Obbard
