  A “sick store” very badly managed with indifferent student staff. I love Waitrose but this is the worst store ever. Stock levels are not correctly maintained, items often out of stock. Scruffy store with laissez faire staff in the main. Should be in special measures. Complaints made to staff or management are not actioned. Also closed Boxing Day. Abysmal and a Very poor advert for Waitrose. AVOID.

  Good selection of groceries and items to cater to your needs. It’s within walking distance from King Cross Station.

  Checked the Camden store for a specific type of gin, however they didn't stock it. Called this store before coming, not only were the staff friendly and efficient, but they were kind enough to put the last item aside for me. Great service.

  Great collection of fine red wines from different countries like Australia, South Africa, America, Italy, Spain and France. Also they have pretty good collection of other wines like sparkling, white, prosecco, rose wine and champagne. Also had great spread of bakery items and desserts. Good collection of vegetables too.

  Went shopping with my baby here for a few bits. Had to use basket checkout lane and found the woman treated me very badly. When I said I was sorry I didn't hear what she said, she shouted 'tea or coffee? That's what we say when you give us your Waitrose card'! I have been a customer at Waitrose for so long and spent plenty to find myself treated like that is just disgusting! I felt like I was treated like someone who doesn't understand English, even though I am most definitely British... Perhaps it was my skin colour! Very disappointing Waitrose :-(
