  I am very disappointed with this store. The staff used to be very friendly and helpful but of late the standard has gone down. The staff are very unhelpful with an uncaring attitude to the customers. Further more the staff are not familiar with general information about the store.

  Very nice and obliging staff but terribly managed. Large gaps on the shelves. Special offers often not available due to failure to restock. Generally catering for take away foods at lunch but for "normal" shoppers attention to details is lacking. Checkout can be poor because, once again, managers do not pay attention to queues building up. It really needs more attentive management.

  Good selection of products for such a small shop although I question decisions Ade on which fruit and veg to have. Again lots of managers walking around not doing much and overworked till staff with log queues. Ladies at the small tills are very friendly and helpful, notice that you come often and do great work.

  This is actually a supermarket I enjoy spending time in. The staff is friendly, there are actually useful and meaningful offers, the inventory is always nicely decorated and you even get some free samples every now and then.

  Staff were really helpful. I wanted to look for a few items and when I asked for their help, it wasn't too much trouble to assist me. It was my first trip to this branch of Waitrose. It's also in a very nice location. The food selection is great and appetising. The sushi counter looked great too. I would highly recommend for anyone to visit.
