  Only two tracks platform is covered.there is help desk but I've only seen some one there a few times there's ticket machine on stairs only small platform no wheelchair access there's chairs on platform. If you are at the front of walkden town centre you just walk straight down the road. It's on the left under bridge. One way go's Manchester other Wigan.not sure how far line go's.

  No access for people on wheelchair and mothers with baby prams because of very high stairs...

  This train station os brilliant but if someone needs a train who is in a wheelchair it is hard for them to access the platform as the is no lift or ramp to use. There are only stairs
