  Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai. The customer service was excellent and made to feel welcome especially with two young children in tow! Did not feel under pressure at any time to make a decision. Would and have recommended to friends and family.

  Very disappointed with customer service. Went down on a Saturday and spoke about a few problems with a focus, reverse light not working and a wheel locking nut which was worn out, found out Warranty was about to run out the day after, told me I,ll be looked after and arrange to book in workshop and I would hear from someone on Monday. Heard nothing that day and still a week later nothing. Update....... Spoke again after writing this review there was a misunderstanding both parties were waiting on a call to book in to be checked over, unfortunately i no longer have the car as been written off but was very helpful in searching for a new car.

  I absolutely adore the service from Adam Walters. Bought a Touareg from them and found the team wonderfully relaxed, pleasant and customer service orientated. Absolutely put my mind at rest about the checks they do on used vehicles. The old Toerag in the first month had a parking sensor go and a headlamp. The team dealt with me perfectly and sorted out both issues extremely swiftly and with a calm, lovely manner.

  I found this dealer online and purchased a Volvo V70 sight unseen from them. I took a leap of faith and it paid off. I found all the staff at this company so helpful and only to willing to go through the whole process with me, with both patience and understanding. Every question I asked and query I brought up was answered to my complete satisfaction. When I collected my car, the car was in immaculate condition and exactly as described, a totally honest company was my experience of Adam Walters Cars. I would highly recommend them and would have no qualms about doing exactly the same as this time and put complete trust in them. I would give more stars if I could. I wrote the above very soon after purchasing the Volvo in question, sadly six moths down the road I have had to spend nearly £3000 to have brakes, discs x4, calipers x2, swirl throttle, ABS repaired and wheel bearing replaced plus it was due its major service which included cam belt after six months. With this in mind I would not buy a car from this dealer again without having it thoroughly checked by a main dealer. Once bitten twice shy.

  In my opinion Walters motor group is definitely miles ahead of their competitor motor traders in Norwich. Offering great value for money and customer service that exceeded my expectations meant I didn't hesitate to make my purchase with very lovely sales lady Debbie. What that girl doesn't know about cars isn't worth knowing about. I was impressed that a used car would be sold with such confidence, which I guess was down to the car being put through a full independent vehicle inspection carried out by the AA, this extra service on their part is one of the many things that impressed me and that sets them apart from other companies. For extra piece of mind I bought the extended warranty, knowing that I could go back to them and they would process any claims is was what sealed the deal for me as I prefer dealing with people face-to-face who are there to help speed up the process. If you're looking to make a purchase make sure you drop by, you won't be disappointed. We will be a returning customer for sure!
