  Ms Rachelle Cato is incredibly helpful and professional. I strongly recommend this store as I am astounded at the level of care they provide. Having shopped at Harrods and Patek Phillip, the staff here rival the best. Thank you!

  Good, waiting list for all sport Rolex. But good service once you take the effort to build a sales person. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. Downside to this store you are competing with middle eastern tourists to get the items.

  So many brands but service is slow. Some people also don't keep their word. Competition amongst different stores.of same brand is causing much anxiety between the staff. Each store has its own rules and regulations and also the services they offer vary from store to store. I didn't like this at all and clearly told them.

  Terrible place! If you don't look like a billionaire, they will not serve you until all their 'cool' clients are gone. Don't go there, there are much better places to go to, where they will treat the each client as a special client.
