  I have had at least 8 windows blows since they were fitted in 2010. I have been contacting them at least weekly since August. After many tries they measured up in September. Many more calls and they came to take two units away on 13th November. I jokingly said I wanted them fitted for Christmas, expecting them to be done the following week. After daily calls this week (now 22nd December) they haven't called me back or fitted my windows. Consequently I will have my neighbours Christmas party tonight in a conservatory with two boarded up windows looking very sorry for itself. There is no excuse for this lack of customer response. Every time they tell me they are busy, well aren't we all?

  If you ever visit Waterside, make sure you see a gentleman named Bob who runs the business. He's a very funny guy and will always look after you. Thank you Bob for our new doors and windows, you're amazing.

  Waterside Windows installed a conservatory for us the other week. We’ve already had numerous people comment on how beautiful it is. So thank you Waterside for the great job you did!

  This is the second time we’ve used Waterside for their windows. Their windows they installed are beautiful and go very well with our Edwardian style. All in all, I can’t fault them.

  Got five flush windows installed at home with the help from Bob at Waterside. They were easy to deal with from the get-go and they finished ahead of schedule, and I’m delighted with the result! Would recommend.
