  Just returned from another stay with Roy and Diane at the Waverley :) I must have stayed between 5 and 10 times; first as a child with my parents and now with my fiancé and each stay has been fantastic. The flats are spotless, modern and contain everything you need for a perfect stay :) Each flat also comes with a parking space, there are two games machines in the corridor and there is a well stocked bar for residents. One thing that sets the Waverley higher than other establishments is the warm welcome from Roy and Diane who will go out of their way to ensure your stay is exactly what you want. They are always helpful, chatty and around to offer advice, recommendations on the best places to eat/drink/see shows etc and also have various discount vouchers for different attractions in Blackpool. Overall, another fab stay - thanks guys. We'll see you next summer :)

  The Swan Family has been going to The Waverley house holiday flats for 22 years with the past 14 years with the owners being Roy and Diane Colbeck. We have seen a lot of changes over the years since they took over, the flats are cleaner, more homely, well equipped and get improved upon year after year. We go down at least twice a year and have never came back with anything other than a smile on our face due to the atmosphere in the flats whether it be from sitting having a good time with the new or the old friends we have gathered from sitting in the bar or the hospitality displayed by Roy and Diane. They give you any information you require about any of the attractions and shows in Blackpool or the surronding towns. Can't wait for our next visit to Blackpool to stay in The Waverley house holiday flats with our generous hosts Roy and Diane

  First time we have stayed at the Waverley House and the owners Diane & Roy, made us feel very welcome during our stay. The flat we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Whilst we were there we was shown around some of the other flats which too where very clean and of very good condition. The bar area has a friendly atmosphere in which we met some lovely people. We will definitely stay at the Waverley House again next time we are in Blackpool.

  We have been staying here for seven years and have loved every minuite of staying with Roy and Diane. They are both very welcoming and great hosts and make our stay an enjoyable and great holiday. We have also made great friends for life with other guests over the years.The flats are always clean and homely and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Looking forward to next summer already.
