  The initial valuation seems like a trap to get u to their offices and then they come up with a ridiculous price! I expressed my opinion about the whole process to the representative and was shouted at from her! Really bad experience as a whole! Would rather give my car for free than sell it to them!!

  Nice guy and give me a fair price for my car. But don't be afraid to bid them up. Stick your guns and they will give a bit more 👍

  i found them to be very helpfull and got a more than fair price for our car. would definately reccomend them ..

  Whilst very friendly, I would not recommend selling a car to this company. The staff are great, they have been trained to be super friendly in order that you sell your car to them at a ridiculously low price. Don't believe the TV advertisements. The valuation they gave me was far from what the vehicle is really worth. If you are desperate then they may be an option but I advise you to research other options.
