  I ordered flowers for a birthday. I rang and explained what I wanted. The recipient was delighted and sent me a photo of herself with the flowers and they were EXACTLY what I had asked for. Thanks Welch.

  Thank you very much for correcting my order. When I first ordered my flowers for graduation, I ordered a £70 flat bouquet and mainly asked for lilies. When I collected the bouquet, there were no lilies. However, the shop took full responsibility and delivered a bouquet of lilies to my place. I was very impressed with the service and would like to thank you again for taking full responsibly and correcting my order.
