  They talked me into going to orchard house. Now I have lost my children despite doing nothing wrong. Solicitor Kate Mordy also tried to turn me against my husband. My husband is a good man. Totally useless. I might as well have represented myself despite being physically unwell and just out of hospital.

  I am the respondent in a divorce case. I understand that this firm cost my ex-wife over £30,000 to reach a financial settlement not dissimilar to that offered by myself some 12 months earlier. They exploit weaknesses in the burden of proof in family law making unevidenced assertions. By taking such an extreme and defamatory stance any good will evaporates and any hope of a negotiated settlement disappears. When the applicants money runs out they use a barely competent junior associates to continue the work. Their legal letters are long, rambling, repetitive and incoherent increasing costs further. It is hard to understand how they have achieved any success as lawyers. There isn't a barge pole long enough to not touch them with!

  Please never go near them , destroyed the family and not care for family just care about how the make money of you . And put flam to the angry head women
