  Can't ever make an appointment. Complained every time. No one's interested.

  Rubbish booking system and patient support from staff. Have to book online and then they don't reply for a couple of days

  Had an appointment with Dr Hunter at Wenlock Terrace. Was less than friendly, distracted and I was in there for less than 5 minutes. When I asked for advice on a second issue because it takes me half an hour to get there and back she said I’d have to book another appointment and that she’d book in me for a few weeks later. I still haven’t had a call about this appointment a week later. I will book at a different surgery next time.

  I've wanted to make appointments twice in the last year or so but each time given up as the phone number is constantly engaged and general appointments aren't available on the website

  In the two times ive come here ive been waiting for over half an hour to get seen to. THe receptionist did not inform me of any delay. I had trouble signing in on the screen so I asked for help at the desk. The receptionist seemed disinterested and bored, and did not want to help me. I understand that systems are strained but there should be a notification system if your appointment is delayed and more friendly receptionist staff.
