Very basic station served only by the District line. Level entrance from street to ticket hall, but long steps down to both platforms. The eastbound staircase is particularly narrow with a handrail down the centre. This makes it even more difficult to negotiate with a suitcase or buggy. There are no train describers at platform level, but there is a small one in the ticket hall facing you as you enter through the ticket gates. Luckily it's an open station so getting an app on your phone will solve this problem. The train service should average a train every 5 minutes each direction. Disruption options are limited, but going west to Barons Court (one stop) connects with the Piccadilly line. Eastbound, next stop is Earl's Court (where problems often occur), with connections to the Piccadilly line and other District line routes. Otherwise there's two bus routes outside, 28 and 391. This station is also the preferred stop to walk to Olympia, which is just over ten minutes away and an easy route. The station is usually staffed, if you need any assistance.

Simple station. Below average because of the inconsistencies in when a district line may come and the lack of information provided about when trains may or may not be coming.

Lacks in facilities such as a lift and also doesn't have any next train displays on the platforms. Even if the District line can be frequent at times, I'd still want to know when my next train is.

Old style tube. Stairs to and from platforms. Not step free. No lift. No escalator. No public toilet. Small shop at station entrance for papers sweets, etc. Wide platform, covered roof mainly. District line only. Bus stop right outside.
