  The party starts as soon as you arrive at 7.30 with a delicious Hot Fork Buffet being served at 9.30pm. The dance floor will stay open until 12.30am so you can dance the night away. This is how you describe your party nights but this is what we got last night:- 1 The disco did not start until after 8.30. 2 The portions of the Hot Fork Buffet were on the small side and not very "hot". There was no garlic/nann bread left half way through service. When we asked for it we were told you were checking to see if there was any more. You knew how many you were catering for so this should never have happened. More did arrive and was brought to our table but by this time we were eating our desert. Garlic bread and cheesecake don't go together. 3 At 11.45 staff starting clearing the tables of the sparce decorations. How rude - nothing like a big hint to tell us it was time to go when the disco didn't finish for another 45 minutes. On the plus side, this is the 4th party night that I have attended at the West Park and the bar service was a big improvement and as always the DJ was good. Taking everything into account I don't think your £27 charge was justified for what you actually provided and we will therefore not be returning next year.

  Great service and hospitality for the conference. Sidlaw was very cold though.

  Very good conference facilities overnight accommodation is basic but adequate and food is good. The main hall is very good and it is easy to get to by road.

  Been here for a family wedding and multiple business/work events. Lovely venue, older-feeling rooms full of character for weddings and such and more modern rooms for business events. Meals, cakes & snacks all very good. Staff friendly and helpful.
