  Lovely spacious site. The wardens and volunteers have worked hard with the flower and shrub displays. Its spotlessly clean and always a pleasure to stay there. Plenty of walks and things to do from the site for all ages.

  Beautiful caravan site,fantastic staff and excellent fish and chip van on Fridays, fantastic location for walking and the river tees

  This site is tucked away so you would be forgiven you were in the country instead of near a heavily industrialised area. Do visit because the adjacent White Water canoeing facility is fascinating whether in use or, as when we were there, empty. Many attractions can be easily reached by using nearby fast A roads. We have booked a longer stay next time. Site staff were very friendly. It snowed heavily during our March 2018 visit.

  A great site with large pitches some well sheltered from the wind. Lovely hard working staff. Fantastic walks along the Tees barrage and around the whitewater course.

  Its is a well located site. Lots of amenities near by. Pub and restaurant 2 minute walk. Supermarkets close by other choice of eateries also. The site is well kept to a high standard.
