  One of the better WHSmith branches, conveniently has a post office upstairs too as well as a decent selection of greeting cards and stationary.

  They open long hours which is actually really good in the weekends.I recommend to send your letters before 13:30 pm on Saturdays if you want that ut arrives on Monday.After this hour your letters will be sent on Monday and will arrive to tour destination in one two days.

  Popped in to WhSmith to return a faulty item I bought online. Was told I can't return to store because I bought online, item needed to be posted back to store. Just looked on website and found this in the help section. So much for contradicting their own policies. I did show them dispatch email as proof of purchase and they still refused to take the item back. You lost a customer now WHSmith. Won't be shopping with you again.

  This branch of WHSmith is small, however it does have two floors. There is a post office on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor of WHSmith there is stairs and a lift towards the back. The post office on the upper floor has about seven counters. However sometimes there is one or two people available to serve so the que can get long. There is a WHSmith counter downstairs which sells a few books and other stationary supplies, there is also a few popular gift cards which can be bought downstairs.

  Popped in to buy some more lever arch files. The layout is well organised and I was able to find what I was looking for right away. Although I had to go upstairs l because there wasn't enough stock downstairs, I enjoyed the service. Quick and fuss free.
