  You ring up to ask where your delayed book is of three weeks + and all you get is absolutely disgusting attitude. Why own a business if you are not going to do business properly. No attitudes needed in this business. 3 times I have been met with the same old rubbish. I’d rather have a refund than spend my money at this store. Pathetic people.

  Awful. My friend suffers from a medical condition (a physical one), and one of the symptoms is being short for his age. He is 17. He is LEGALLY allowed to buy a lottery ticket, or a scratch card. So, he says to the man at the desk very politely "Please may I have a scratchcard?". And pulls out a copy of his passport. Saying his age, and everything there is to prove that he is 17. The man at the desk claims it's FAKE. He even has an NUS card. This proves everything. This is disgraceful staff behavior and we're fed up of your maturity, stupidity and we will NEVER come here again. We have even gone to another store and it's been accepted. Come on, grow up.
