  Staff need to speak to customers with manners and not just take the money. A thank you goes a long way. I suppose they think that thank you on the door is enough.

  Generally a good selection of DIY products, including larger items such as baths etc. Service can be a bit of a mixed bag, it can be sometimes a bit of a mission to find staff in store, however once located they are helpful. Ample free parking. Avoid on Sundays they tend to be busy.

  The 2 girls on front with scarfs in there hair are brilliant!! helped me out brilliantly today very proud to have them serve me in hall green!!!

  Went here to get a pipe for the gas cooker. Was unable to find it so waited for a member of staff to finish with another customer. Once finished I asked for help. With the other customer he was interested however when I asked didn't want to help, was very rude and didn't give any kind of service. Found another member of staff who was very helpful and found what I needed eventually
