  I asked the Asian man where are the umbrellas and he said they are by the exit in the most rudest fashion as if I should have seen it. I came through the entrance, so there's no way I could have. If I had more time, I would have made a complaint against him. Luckily, his female colleague who served me at the till was much nicer. She took the time to see if the umbrella was fully functional, even going as far to open it in store despite the bad omens associated with that and making a joke about it. That's what I call customer service! And as a result, I left good feedback for her.

  Not a great variety of products, very cheap and not the greatest quality. The staff is helpful but the store is not very well supplied with products. We were looking for a couple of items which we couldn't find. Then we decided to ask a member of the staff. The staff said they do not have it.

  Good value products in store but can be a very busy place to shop in. I bought a few products online to collect in store and went to collect them from the orders and refunds counter. I wasn't impressed with the service as it took a while to process my order number and retrieve my order. When finally receiving my order it was given to me with all 6 items wrapped together with cling film into one big package . It's not something you would expect from a large retailer but I suppose it does the job .
