  Staff were helpful. Room was clean and basic. Room was cold as under floor heating had not been set high enough and took a long time to heat up. Dinner was fine but a bit over priced. Would stay again if flying from Bristol. Hotel has reasonable parking facilities and bus transfer.

  Staff friendly. We had 2 roast beef dinners, the beef was tough and grisly, both the Yorkshire pudding and the stuffing was soggy, veg and gravy ok. Not worth the money in my opinion.

  Very nice building, excellent polite staff,done best to resolve room problem very quickly food nice and reasonably priced.. Bed not the best wasn't hotel quality.. Room nice but quality of furniture ie side tables etc obviously not quality befitting the hotel.. Biggest giveaway was silvercrest kettle.. A brand owned by Lidl. The cheap discount supermarket.. Nevertheless will return again

  Really lovely Sunday lunch. Attentive staff. So impressed, we have booked for mothers day, another lunch and a birthday afternoon tea.

  Bonito lugar pero no tan bien por dentro. En un entorno muy bonito y muy cerca del aeropuerto de Bristol. Lo mejor su ubicación.
