  After nearly a year of training at WHS I can easily say it has been the best investment I have made for my personal health and wellbeing. The facilities and equipment are second to none and the only thing more impressive is the atmosphere that the coaches create. Their knowledge in all things relating to health and fitness along with their desire to help you achieve your goals mean that results will happen if you put the work in.

  The team are so knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I already know I am making progress and my trainer pia Is always contactable for questions and full of new and helpful tips to help me achieve my goal.

  Where do I start? I wanted to become muscular as I have always been very slight, I achieved this very quickly and became lean with good muscle mass thanks to the consults I was having at Winning Health Solutions. Eventually, I got into strongman and can deadlift 3x my bodyweight, I can lift 95kgs log at 79kgs bodyweight, and squat double my bodyweight. You are being trained by England's strongest man u90kgs, A future World's Strongest Man competitor who you will eventually see on your tele at Christmas, A powerlifting champion, an 100m sprinting champion, and a successful bikini model competitor! With this line up you cannot go wrong!!! This is so different to a commercial gym, the equipment could be the best in the country, let alone the south, and I have been to a lot of gyms around the country to compete... If you are willing to work, results are 100% guaranteed, join this place and meet some of the most influential people you will ever come across in your life. It is a VERY friendly atmosphere!

  Superb advice and guidance whatever your goal - the team if coaches are knowledgable and take a real interest in what you are trying to achieve - no matter what your goal. My body shape and composition has changed completely since I've been training at WHS and following their guidance on nutrition - dropping 5 dress sizes and placing top 5 in two physique competitions in all of my categories. This is the best gym I have ever found - Tom and the team deliver real results. I'd recommend them to anyone willing to put the effort in.

  I'm a personal trainer at a local gym and have found the help of the trainers at Winning Health Solutions to be invaluable. I massively enjoy the strongman training, it's a different type of fat loss and strength work that I can't do at my gym. Even though I'm a qualified PT I find I learn something everytime I train at Winning Health Solutions. All of the members know each other which adds to the atmosphere and helps me to continuously set gym records! Rich
