I had to find a new dentist a few months ago due to issues I was having however I will not recommend anyone use this surgery as it's an unpleasant experience all round. I found the receptionist to be very lacklustre and uncaring. My experience with the male dentist here has been terrible, he is incredibly insulting and has no human decency, he belittles and demeans over the smallest issues and has little to no ability to make you feel comfortable.

i have seen Monica Swenson and find her very friendly and feel at ease in her care. Also her nurse Sharon is a very caring person. I don't really like going to the dentist but Monica makes me feel a lot better about the situation.

So, considering that Witard Dental lists itself as a friendly dentist surgery, my wife was shouted at and spoken to appallingly by Dr Akbar here, who had six months prior to this told her that there was extremely dismissive, and said there was nothing wrong with the tooth that was causing her great pain. When My wife went back to see Dr Swenson at the same practice as she was still in pain, it turned out that she has a wisdom tooth, and the tooth causing her pain needed to be filled. Upon returning AGAIN due to agonising pain going back, Dr Akbar shouted at her that there was nothing wrong with the tooth without even examining it, merely poking it asking if it hurt, which it obviously did. He shouted shouted that it wasn't an emergency and spoke to my wife in an extremely aggressive and hostile manner, resulting in her leaving the surgery in severe pain and tears. So My wife has been shouted at, incorrectly diagnosed, chastised, and not treated, being left in agony. My family will never set foot in this surgery again. This is being escalated, whilst My wife gets emergency treatment. To rectify this, she been offered the same, horrible dentist to see her and treat the bad tooth. This offer was obviously declined and found laughable.
