  I've used Woodcock Holmes now for a number for years and have always been dealt with to a high level of satisfaction. Communication is always very good and their advice is superb.

  Not the greatest, ring up to deal with a problem and they act like a kid and get all defencive when you accuse them of something but they are happy to accuse you. After posting thus bet we get pushed out of our rented property. I had not mention the speed of the return phone call as i was happy with that, it was the attitude amd tone of the member of staff calling me back, which was my issue and that it was not mentioned in the letter that it was another full inspection of the house, it mentioned 2 points!

  Second to none FOR SALES!! We have had a wonderfully seamless experience with WH thanks to the two Robs of the Sales department. Can't thank them enough!! We will definitely be using them again in the future

  Both Adrian Woodcock and Rob Jarvis were always pleasant, courteous and professional individuals from the commencement of the sale process, as were the other office staff that I spoke to. My queries were always answered, if not straight away, then with a follow up contact, via phone call, text or email. Despite one buyer pulling out, the guys picked up and carried on, business as usual and were not short on ideas to ensure I soon had another offer, which I did so. Towards the final transition of the sale process, both gents actively monitored events to ensure a smooth completion. The enthusiasm, energy and customer rapport that both guys, particularly Rob Jarvis, apply within their role, can only be deemed as a credible asset to anyone wishing to sell their property.
