::Knowledgeable staff and lots of well kept fish. Ask them about axolotls, too, as they are amazing when they have them in stock! MLS

::Very knowledgeable staff. Good collection of fishes and tanks. There is always someone yiu can speak to for advice. Also had a decent collection of live food (bloodworms, Daphnia, brine shrimp). Good decorations as well...

::Very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a bit deceiving from the outside as the shop goes back a lot further than you'd expect in a parade of shops that size and every inch of space is used. I had to restock after a visit from herons and didn't want to go down the netting route, they found a heron spinner which will hopefully stop my pond being a fast food source for herons again.

::I'm writing this review just because I saw this unbelievable response from the owner of this shop, I just was touched about the incompetence of this owner... Even you have a minimum education you would know that you don't have to answer like this to your customers, even you don't like their feedback's... And you should learn from the peoples feedback instead of blaming them that they can't take care of their pets...I don't know what type of customer service your team would give, having this example from his boss... I wouldn't go to this shop just because of that boss who blame a poor kid that she couldn't take care of her turtle. The minimum you should do is to apologize for that your team couldn't help in that situation (even is not your fault or duty). Bye and take care of your business!
