  Phoned up on Saturday 23rd December, was at my Mum and dad’s within a hour, unblocked the drainage to the shower, toilet and sink within a hour, brilliant service. Very happy customer

  Called this guy to fix a leaking tap and he quoted me one price over the phone. When he arrived and saw I lived in a nice house the price doubled even though the problem was the same. As it was an emergency I agreed to the cost but requested a written quote. An hour into the work he starts mentioning he needs to hire extra help at which stage I showed him the door and refused to pay. After calling out a professional who works in the area he mentioned they went through the written quote and mentioned the quote was overcharging for cheaper materials. I would be very careful about letting this person into my home. This company trade under many names including 1st Call Plumbing. Avoid.

  Rang this guy said to buy shower from wicks and would charge 80 pounds for fitting then price jumped to 350 pounds claiming that he had to buy shower unit because it was " a specialist" fitting ! Brought shower from screwfix for 80 pounds and locally fitted for 50 pounds and full guarantee! Says it all really!
