  I am compelled to write this review, as my experience has been so positive and I can’t understand some of the negative reviews. I have been three times now with my 5mth old puppy. On my first visit they gave me a lovely bag of free treats for Scooby, my cockerpoo puppy. I then went back for a puppy wash, he was nervous but they couldn’t have been nicer. Since then we have been back twice and Scooby doesn’t give me a backwards glance. When I arrive to pick him up he was calm and looked amazing. The owner does have a dog who just likes his own space, but isn’t unfriendly and he and Scooby get on well. You can also then buy your dog lovely treats and accessories while you are there. They have my custom as long as I live in Clapham. Thanks ladies!

  Poor customer service got rudeness for the first time been my yorkie getting cut might be okay for shop not for grooming. Still have got rudeness and saying that my yorkie is bad puppy when not and also that as he puppy. Been 4 hours and he still getting groom . I will never come back as they don't care what the vets had said to us about our dogs . Also that we was wasting our time because we was on the phone to them just wondering how the dog was doing. Im very disgusted with this groomer will be looking somewhere else...

  Our first experience was fantastic. We got the cut we wanted, and very well done, no fuss. It was relatively fast and our lil guy got to hang out with some new friends while he waited.

  I really think the 1 star Review is a fake!! I was there today and it was an amazig service. They know what the are doing and my puppy Frank was very happy when I picked him up. It was a really good price, his hair in nice and silk, good cut and I even got a welcome dog treat package ;). I picked up some of their amazing toys and a new harnest on the way out and even managed to get some miles on my American Express BA Card (which is not normal for small places like this). I will be back in a few weeks!!

  My little Yorker Millie has been coming here for 5 years. Excellent service, Millie looks fabulous after grooming. Angela is just brilliant with Millie as she is such a diva and not easy to handle Angela is patient and professional I wouldn't go anywhere else. The shop is bursting with lots of lovely things for your pet,leads,beds,name tags,food bowls, food etc and lots more. Thanks Angela
